Hannah has successfully completed Flip Your Dog Vinyasa 200hr. Teaching Training Demonstrating a unique personal ability to lead students and inspiring the birth of an individual’s authentic self.
Marcell Allen – Personal Trainer
Marcell has 14 years experience in the fitness industry, including 7 years working in the rehabilitation and therapy industry. Marcell has been a trainer for multiple pro powerlifting and bodybuilding athletes.
His specialties include: Rehabilitation – Cardiovascular Health – Injury Prevention – Nutrition – Sports Conditioning – Functional Training – Weight Management – BioMechanics and Corrective Exercises.
